In the Great Outdoors

Troop 7369 is an outdoor, service focused, boy-led troop.

Our activities include hiking, camping, rock climbing, canoeing, and summer high adventure trips.

Contact us if you or your son are interested in building leadership skills while enjoying the great outdoors.


Note: In compliance with BSA and VIRTUS requirements, TWO ADULTS must be on every email communication with a Scout.

We would like to say a huge thank you to all the adult leaders and parents who helped to make the Green and Gold banquet such a great success.   Special thanks to Mrs. Desrosier who made the wonderful cake and all the other fabulous desserts!

Summer Camp 2019

Summer camp will be June 30 through July 6 at Camp Rodney.  The schedule for summer camp payments and information needed are as follow:
- March 14 - $50 downpayment due
- March 14 - Summer camp forms due (see attached) - must be signed by parent -  Scouts who are attending summer camp for their second year or more are the only ones who fill out the form to choose merit badges. Scouts who are going to summer camp for the first time fill out the Brownsea form.  Scouts who are not attending summer camp fill out the "not attending" form.    
- April 18 - $450 final payment due (total $500 for summer camp) 
- May 1 - no refund of deposit ($50) after this date
- June 1 - no refund of total payment ($500) after this date
- June 1 - BSA Physical parts A, B, and C (with physician signature) due 

New Parent Meeting - March 22

All parents of Scouts who are new to the Troop since September are encouraged to attend the New Parent Meeting on March 22nd.   We will discuss the New Scout Campout, Summer Camp, what you can expect this year, and more.   Veteran parents are welcome to attend to meet the new parents and share their experiences, but it is definitely optional.  We will have another meeting on May 3 for all parents.   This is a meeting for parents, please no kids.

The merit badges have been finalized - you need to list the merit badges you would like to take when you register on the Troop website sign up.

Label them as follows so that if one you chose is full then we can put you in the alternate without waiting for a response.

New Scout/Lumberjack Campout - March 29-31

The New Scout/Lumberjack Campout is March 29-31  at Camp Rodney.  All Scouts should plan to attend and sign up on the Troop Calendar.   New Scouts will have the opportunity to earn their Totin Chip and Fireman's Chit during the weekend and get to know Camp Rodney where we will be going for summer camp.   New Scouts will sleep in the cabin and older scouts will sleep in tents.  Cost is $35 per person
