We need at least 9 Scouts (preferably more) to sign up to teach Cub Scouts from Pack 146 this Wednesday from 7-8pm.  We will have 3 stations - knots, compass, and first aid.  You will be credited with volunteer hours for this event.  Please sign up on the Troop calendar. 

Scouts who are 13 and older and adults are encouraged to help with gun show load in and load out on Thursday, April 18th, Friday , April 19th and Sunday, April 21st.  Proceeds will be distributed to scout accounts based on the number of hours you work. Please sign up on the Troop calendar.  

Since we can't have a Merit Badge University at this time, we are offering several merit badges this spring.   Details about each of the merit badges and their prerequisites are posted in the calendar events.  Please only sign up for a merit badge if you are able to attend all the sessions and will do the prerequisites.  There are limits to the number of Scouts who can participate in each event, so we want to make sure that you are able to fully participate before you sign up.  

Since we can't have a Merit Badge University at this time, we'd like to encourage our Scouts to work on some merit badges that they can complete on their own and then go over with a merit badge counselor.  We've listed some that can be done, but you can choose others if you see something that interests you and you have the means to do the work.  Not all of the merit badges listed will be applicable to everyone, but you should be able to find something you'd like to work on.  

The Trout O Ree multi district camporee will be held April 5-7.   Fee for the campout is $50 which includes meals and registration fees.  Permission slip was sent out by email.  All Scouts attending must turn in a signed permission slip.  Please sign up on the Troop calendar before April 1st so that we can submit our Troop registration before the deadline.  We will be closing the calendar event the evening of April 1st.
